This lady from Pittsburgh was not happy with the prominent hump on the dorsum of her nose. She did not want to pursue a surgical rhinoplasty at this time, but was willing to entertain a non-surgical rhinoplasty. Her goal was to reduce the prominence of her nasal dorsum, but maintain a natural appearance. The result was a more elegant nose that relates to the rest of her face in a more graceful way. This outcome was achieve by injecting Restylane into the nose with a blunt tip micro-cannula, greatly reducing the bruising and swelling associated with the procedure.
